Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Life Safety Deficiency Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities related to fire protection and life safety deficiencies within various facilities and buildings. Your primary objective will be to engage with clients, assess their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on fire protection or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and standards (NFPA, IFC, etc.).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex fire protection concepts and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates of deficiencies found during inspections or service calls.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions to address deficiencies and ensure compliance.
- Create proposals for clients and perform follow-up on proposals.
- Coordinate with scheduling team to have approved work performed.
- Maintain record keeping consistent with department requirements.
- Maintain high level of client service and quality of work.
- Other duties as required.

Pay Range:
Pay depends on your level of experience.
